Canadian Hockey League/OHL

Was nice to see the Kitchener Rangers get a taste of their own medicine in the Memorial Cup final....they finally got beaten by the powerplay....this team was a master at diving all over the ice to draw a penalty and the incompetent officiating that goes on in the CHL/OHL finally got it right for one game....too bad the Belleville Bulls had to play through the adversity of poor officiating only to lose and be taken out of games because of it..
The television commentators are probably the worst I've heard since listening to Don Cherry ramble off his "I told ya so's" on Coaches Corner.
Spokane should never have gotten a bye to the final...even though they won the final...with 3.02 to go in the 3rd period against Belleville...and with Belleville holding a goal lead, I watched a player land on the Belleville goalie and then a Spokane player put the puck in the net.....and no penalty for goaltender interference???....then with Belleville having the game under control in the overtime period...I couldn't believe there was no penalty call when Turkewitz got pulled down on a breakaway...I thought it could very easily been a penalty shot... but no penalty call, comeon???....then the officials call a weak penalty on Belleville that led to a game winning goal....joke!
